We will prepare hazelnut necklaces, desserts, and savory dishes with hazelnuts, proverbs, and traditional songs as it has been done for centuries.

Rosario, Experiential Travel Guide
Hello, I’m Rosario, I am a trainer and designer of Experiential Tourism, but my hobby has always been the Italian Hazelnut. I was born and live in Giffoni Sei Casali in the production area of Nocciola di Giffoni IGP. Join me at Borgo di Sieti to prepare the surprise party for the wedding of Maria and Peppe. Tradition is that relatives and friends are involved in the preparation… I’m waiting for you!!
What we can do together
- Meeting with Rosario and introduction to the mission
- Walking towards the hazelnut grove, the group begins to organize the details for the realization of the party
- In the alleys of the village we meet Zia Anna who tells the story and traditions related to hazelnut
- In the Nucella workshop, with Zia Anna, we prepare the hazelnut necklaces and learn traditional songs and proverbs
- Meeting with grandfather Peppe, the diviner, who illustrates the art of dowsing
- Pina and Michele, pastry farmers, guide us in the creation of cakes and savory pies
- Arrival of the newlyweds and big party! Thanksgiving of the newlyweds for the organized festival full of traditions
